Refund policy

Return Eligibility Policy  

A product may qualify for a return or exchange if it meets one or more of the following conditions:  

- The product arrives faulty.  
- The product is damaged due to mishandling during transit.  

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, damaged or faulty items must be supported by photo evidence and, if requested, video footage, at the time of receipt. Arrival times will be verified against Australia Post delivery records.  

Please Note: choose your purchase carefully as Nail Artistry Store does not accept returns for change of mind.

 

What if I receive the wrong product?

If you receive an incorrect product, please email us at nailartistrymelb@gmail.com within 48hrs of receiving your parcel. Include the following details in your email:  
- Your full contact information,  
- Your original invoice number, and  
- Photos of the item you received.  

Once we confirm your eligibility for a return, we’ll email you with further instructions.  

Returns Process 

1. Contact Us: If your order qualifies for a return, email nailartistrymelb@gmail.com with Return and your Order Number in the subject line.  
2. Provide Details: In the body of your email, explain the reason for the return.  
3. Return Address: If eligible, we will provide our return address. We strongly recommend using Registered Post or a traceable courier service, as Nail Artistry Store is Not responsible for returned items lost in transit.  
4. Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we’ll email you regarding the status of your return.  
5. Replacements: If approved for a replacement, we will dispatch your new product promptly.  
6. Refunds: If eligible for a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for the credit to reflect on your bank statement.  
7. Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed with Nail Artistry Store.  

Note: We cover return shipping costs only for products that arrive damaged or faulty. Please provide photo evidence of the damaged or faulty item(s) for reimbursement consideration within 48hrs of receiving goods.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted or refunded. Please choose your purchases carefully.
